Floodplain Management Plan
The Floodplain Management Plan (FMP) is a future-oriented approach to
planning in flood risk areas. It’s a pre-disaster planning approach that is
required by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for the City to
continue to participate in the National Flood Insurance Program, Community
Rating System (NFIP/CRS).
