Customers living in the communities of Carson, Lawndale, Gardena, Hawthorne, Inglewood, Torrance, portions of Compton, 
and parts of unincorported Los Angeles County including Athens, El Camino Village, Lennox and Liberty Acres receive service 
from the employees of the Southwest Customer Service Area. The local Customer Service offices are located at 17140 S. Avalon Blvd., Suite 100 in Carson, and at 18236 Prairie Ave. in Torrance.
