1. go to City of L.A. Parcel Profile and enter in city address and submit form and you will get a form results with the district map no. for the property. http://www.permitla.org/parcel/index.html In the form box below click on the district map no you are given and the cadastral map will come up in pdf format

to save district map .dxf files go to dxf list and select map and right-click
and use "save target as feature" (check to see if actually saved as dxf file)
